This classy wood inclined speaker stand set will help showcase your preferred speakers and improve your overall listening experience by reducing unwanted vibrations and time aligning the drivers for nearfield listening.
Made of durable walnut with brass inlay and strengthened with repurposed phenolic laminate off-cuts. A cork layer will protect the bottom of the speaker from scratches and reduce vibrations. The VIC’s 8º inclined tilt was designed for standard heights and dimensions of desk surfaces and office chairs.
Their design is ideal for FABICI LENOIR1001 speakers.
The story
Because of it’s design reminiscent of ice skate blades, We chose to name our speaker stand the VIC. Since one of the first large indoor ice skating rinks in Canada was in Montreal; the Victoria. The Victoria was open from 1862 to 1925 and that’s where Lord Stanley (Stanley cup) saw his very first hockey game. The rest is sports history.
Some may think our speaker support looks more like a toboggan or rather a luge. then for those; we may have named it after a man named Vic Emery from Montreal who introduced the sport of luge in Canada in the 1950’s.
